ExcelForge Guardian G1.1 Pilot
Privacy Notice
Effective from 22 September 2026. This document describes the processing of personal data in connection with use of the Pilot and contact with ExcelForge.
Language notice: This English translation is provided for information purposes only. The Polish-language version is authoritative and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
1. Controller and contact
The controller of personal data is Marcin Rojewski, owner of the ExcelForge project.
For matters concerning personal data, you can contact us at support@excelforge.eu.
2. What data we process
When you contact ExcelForge, we may process your email address, name or other data provided in the message, the content of the correspondence, and technical information necessary to handle the message.
The Pilot website does not provide user accounts, a contact form, or a newsletter. We do not ask you to submit data that is not needed to describe the matter.
The website uses Cloudflare network services. To the extent needed to deliver and protect the website, Cloudflare processes technical connection data. Cloudflare Web Analytics is also used for aggregate measurement of visits, page views, and website performance. We do not configure custom events, forms, remarketing, or user profiling in it.
3. Purposes and legal bases for processing
We process correspondence data to answer a question, handle a report concerning the Pilot, maintain contact regarding the report, and establish, pursue, or defend against claims. The legal basis is the legitimate interests of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting in communication, support, and protection of the project.
We process technical data connected with the use of the website to deliver, secure, and maintain the website and — using Cloudflare Web Analytics — to understand its aggregate use and performance. To the extent that this involves personal data, the legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Retention period
We retain support correspondence for up to 12 months after the matter is closed.
We may retain specific correspondence for longer only where this is necessary to establish, pursue, or defend against claims or to comply with a legal obligation.
5. Recipients and service providers
At present, only Marcin Rojewski has access to the support@excelforge.eu mailbox.
Correspondence is handled using Zoho Mail in a European data centre (Zoho Mail EU). Zoho acts as an email service provider and may process data to the extent necessary to provide this service.
Cloudflare acts as a provider of website network, security, and performance services and as the provider of aggregate visit and performance measurements.
6. Transfers of data outside the EEA
We do not state that transfers outside the European Economic Area or access to data from outside the European Economic Area never occur. According to Zoho’s information about its EU data centre, in certain technical circumstances data may be accessible to Zoho group entities or its providers outside the EEA, using mechanisms provided by the service provider, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Cloudflare operates a global network and describes its own transfer safeguards in its privacy documentation and DPA.
Current Zoho information about privacy and transfers is available in the Zoho Privacy FAQ. Cloudflare information is available in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Customer DPA.
7. Your rights
To the extent provided under the GDPR, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send your request to support@excelforge.eu.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
8. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions concerning individuals who contact us based solely on automated processing, including profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects them.
9. Changes to this document
If the method of contact, the scope of processing, or the services used change, we will update this notice before applying the changes to the relevant extent.
